Like any good cookie, we try not to overindulge. We highly suggest reading a few of these musings over a nice cup of tea and a delightful muffin but then again maybe you’re the whiskey-and-ginger-twinkle-type reader.

This week we celebrate National Food Allergy Awareness Week. Food allergies have become so pervasive in our lives, even the Empire State Building was lit up with teal lights on the evening of May 8th to honor FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education).
