New chef, new masterpieces

We have some new creations from our newest Little Rae’s team member. Shout out to our production manager and chef, Scott Egan. He just about knocked us all out with these latest croissants. Luckily, we’ve recovered so we could try more samples. He’s been redesigning our apple croissants and their amazing new turnover-style look makes this product even more mouthwatering.

Speaking of mouthwatering, three little words will melt your tastebuds…Mexican Chocolate Croissants. Made with real dark chocolate and a hint of cinnamon, we doubt anyone will want to share these.

Oh and then there’s our fabulous raspberry croissant reimagined and drizzled with lemon glaze. So amazingly crafted, we think people will want to bring these to parties, claim they made them and take all the credit. That’s fine with us, we’ll never tell.
